Meet Our Team

James Sales Manager

James is a co-founder and the Risk Ready Sales Manager. He is a proven effective leader with over 20yrs of
experience in managing multi-million-dollar sales contracts, cost
analysis, and global/ national product sales. James has deep experience managing various scopes of work in
multifaceted industries which have consistently augmented sales and yielded sustainable profit margins. James received his B.S. Degree in Health from Jackson State University and he holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.

James splits his time between Nashville and New Orleans.

Jason product manager, Cofounder

Jason is a cofounder of Risk Ready and a licensed commercial and residential contractor. After being involved in thousands of claims and supporting property owners through masses of intricate conflicts, Jason started developing Risk Ready with the goal of creating a comprehensive solution for a dysfunctional insurance claims process. Jason has an Associates degree in Biblical Theology from the MTC Bible college and a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston. He lives in New Orleans and is married with five children.

Henry Hays Advisor

In 2019 Henry founded MatchPoint Connection, the first app of its kind in the Name, Image, and Likeness industry. Today MatchPoint stands as the leading Influencer Marketing connector. A short 22 months after launch he sold his founder’s share in the company. Henry has appeared as a Keynote speaker in the disruption innovation area in front of many industries (banking, education, healthcare, law, manufacturing, oil, and gas). He completed his altMBA in 2016 and graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Political Science.

Shalom Hedima Chief Technology Officer, cofounder

Shalom is a Full Stack Engineer and leads the Risk Ready Development team in Lagos, Nigeria. Shalom is an experienced technologist who understands how to incorporate the latest tech into the user Experience. When not behind the key board, Shalom enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and serving at his church.

Chase Emerson Chief Financial Officer

Chase has worked with start-ups for his entire career. Currently, he also serves as Vice President of Partner Platform Development with PosiGen. He started his career as part of the audit team at Wegmann Dazet focused on local entrepreneurs and refined his craft by building PosiGen’s internal accounting team from scratch. He has played key roles in developing financial transactions, securing tax incentives, equity, and debt for growth – including family office and triple net funds, as well as managing sales and operations to achieve sustainable growth. Chase is known as a people-centered, hands-on leader with a successful record of connecting sales and financial activities to achieve profitable growth. He is passionate about developing a culture of high performers and innovation. Chase holds a BA in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University and is scheduled to complete his MBA from Tulane’s Freeman School of Business in May of 2023. Chase is married with two children and lives in Metairie.

Tejas Joshi consulting architect

TJ is the consulting architect for Risk Ready. He is also a senior director for software engineering for a healthcare company with over $120MM in annual revenue. TJ has expertise in creating technology solutions to realize business vision and leading teams to deliver products. He has experience as a software engineer for 22 years, 15 years in healthcare and 9 years in healthcare insurance. He is married with two children and lives in Orange County, CA.
